Our Home Delivery Service vans will come to your home twice a week. Monday/Wednesday for homes east of Mason Road, Tuesday/Thursday for homes west of Mason Road. A Home Delivery Tote Bag:
When you sign up for our Home Delivery Service, we will give you a tote bag for your dirty garments.

Delivery Locations:
You tell us where to pick up and deliver your clothes. Remember, it's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.

Care Instructions:
Each tote bag comes with a garment checklist and an area to include any special instructions for garment care. Once you give us your instructions for general care, we will enter it in our database, so we always know how you want your garments cleaned.

No-Hassle Payments:
There is no wait to pay and no fee for delivery. We will automatically charge your credit card for your cleaning.

Free Delivery – No Minimum Orders:
We will happily come to your home no matter how small your order. We do not require a minimum price for our delivery service.

A. No. You pay the same prices listed at the store. There are no additional fees.

Q. Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?
A. You choose the place at your home where you'd like our drivers to pick up and drop off your clothes. Please remember, it's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.

Q. What type of bag should I put my clothes in for pick-up?
A. As part of our personalized service, we will provide you with a sturdy Tote Bag at no charge. If you do not have a Tote Bag, just leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop off location. Please be sure to mark "Dry Cleaning for The Cleaning Palace" on the bag in large letters. The driver will pick it up and leave a Home Delivery Service Tote Bag for your next order.

Q. Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
A. No. There is no need to be home to use the service. The driver will service your pre-designated location.

Q. How do I pay for your service?
A. Your cleaning will be charged directly to your credit card.

Q. How can I be sure I get all my garments back?
A. Your bag contains a garment checklist. Simply check off what’s in the bag and keep a copy for your records. If there is any discrepancy between what you have checked off and what’s in the bag, we will immediately contact you.
